Dr. Maxi Scherer, special counsel in the International Arbitration Practice Group at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP and senior lecturer at Queen Mary University of London, presents in a workshop held at the “Centre de recherche sur le droit des marchés et des investissements internationaux” (CREDIMI) on the subject “L'autorité de la volonté des parties en matière de contrôle des sentences arbitrales” (“Party-Autonomy and Judicial Review of Awards”).
