Speaking Engagement
The Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law hosted the 2010 Weil, Gotshal and Manges Roundtable on Corporate Criminal Liability: What, Why, and How. The four panels addressed the various legal regimes in the federal courts, the state courts, and the European Union; the rationales, both theoretically and practically, for entity liability in the criminal law; how such liability affects the behavior of corporate managers and directors; and prospects for future changes in law or practice, especially at the federal level in the US.

WilmerHale Partner Karen Green was a featured speaker at this event. She spoke on the panel entitled, "Corporate Criminal Liability: Factual Scenarios."
