WilmerHale Program: CFTC Enforcement and Regulatory Developments

Speaking Engagement

Join us for a WilmerHale program on CFTC enforcement and regulatory developments, led by Paul Architzel, co-chair of WilmerHale's Futures and Derivatives Practice, and Anjan Sahni, former chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.

This past year has been a time of transition for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). During this CLE presentation, the speakers will discuss the transition, CFTC initiatives in enforcement and regulation, and their possible future impact.

With respect to enforcement, Mr. Sahni will provide insights into recent enforcement cases and how they might signal the future direction of the Division of Enforcement and the role of the Department of Justice. Mr. Architzel will discuss the current state of the CFTC's regulatory agenda and the challenges facing the CFTC in the coming year.

Please contact Steph Goldstein to register.
