ASA Below 40 Seminar – Institutional Arbitration: Keeping Up With Changing Times

ASA's young practitioners group (the Groupe des Jeunes Praticiens de l'Arbitrage) aims at promoting of the exchange of views and experiences among arbitration practitioners below the age of 40 in a friendly and informal way.

This ASA Below 40 seminar will be divided into three sessions, each introduced by short presentations followed by an interactive discussion amongst the participants. Each session will be led by a moderator, and all participants are encouraged to share their experiences.
