Dr. Nicole Blinn

Senior Associate


Nicole Blinn focuses her practice on data protection and data security matters. She handles a wide range of data protection compliance and litigation matters, and advises multinational clients on European and German data protection laws. 

Dr. Blinn's experience includes advising German and multinational companies on all aspects of data protection law and general compliance issues, including cross-border flows of personal data and data security. She also advises national and international companies on litigation and contested matters regarding data protection issues.

She is a qualified external data protection officer and was appointed at the German branch of a multinational banking and financial services company as external data protection officer.

Professional Activities

Dr. Blinn is a member of the German Association for Law and Information Technology (DGRI), the German Lawyers' Association (DAV) working group for Information Technology (DAV IT) and of Verein der Freunde und Förderer der Deutschen Universität für Verwaltungswissenschaften Speyer e.V.
