Croumer, Nathan

Nathan Croumer is the Discovery Attorney Administrative Manager for the WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team. He joined the firm in 2011.


Mr. Croumer is responsible for managing the firm’s discovery attorneys. In this role, he oversees coaching and career development, hiring, personnel matters, budgeting and finance, and marketing of the group. 

Discovery attorneys, a part of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions, leverage our in-house cutting edge technology or third party document review technologies to provide the most cost effective and accurate document review possible to our clients. They work seamlessly with our matter teams to build greater efficiency into the process than has ever been possible before. Mr. Croumer and the Discovery Attorneys, as WilmerHale employees, benefit from the ongoing training and development that the Firm provides and work with the high expectations of performance, results and quality that pervade the firm.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Croumer represented clients in the transportation, medical, pharmaceutical and banking industries. Additionally, he has experience in defending clients in complex toxic tort and professional liability matters.

Croumer Named to Dayton Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” List

The Dayton Business Journal has selected Discovery Attorney Administrative Manager Nathan Croumer to its 2014 "40 Under 40," an annual list honoring the Dayton region's brightest business and community leaders under 40 years old.

Community Involvement

Mr. Croumer serves as the Chair of the Associate Board of AIDS Resource Ohio and is a member of the Community Advisory Board of WPXI Multimedia in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Professional Activities

Mr. Croumer is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
