Silhasek, Michael J.

Michael Silhasek has experience at the district court and ITC levels representing Fortune 100 clients in patent disputes involving a variety of technologies, including microprocessor design, wireless network architecture, voice over IP, memory and data access technology, and software applications.  He has experience litigating the technical and damages aspects of IP litigations at all phases of the case from pre-complaint investigation to trial. 

Mr. Silhasek is also committed to pro bono work and has represented clients in a wide variety of matters including U-visa applications, asylum proceedings and 1983 actions. During law school, Mr. Silhasek held a civil rights litigation program clerkship with the Disability Rights Legal Center in Los Angeles. During his time there he worked on discrimination cases dealing with the Americans with Disabilities Act and other related federal and state disability rights laws.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Silhasek was an analyst at Accenture working in systems integration and technology consulting.
