Martha Ferson

Martha Ferson focuses her practice on complex litigation matters.  

Ms. Ferson previously worked as a summer associate at WilmerHale and a law firm in Los Angeles. Prior to law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable Robert L. Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court, at the Appellate Division of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, and for a US Senator.

At Yale Law School, Ms. Ferson was a member of the Legislative Advocacy Clinic at the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization. While there, she worked with a civil rights organization to develop legislative and litigation strategies to address residential segregation.
