Mark Jia

Mark Jia focuses his practice on complex government, regulatory and appellate litigation matters.

Mr. Jia previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable William A. Fletcher of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. While attending law school, he worked as a summer associate at the firm and a legal intern at the Administrative Conference of the United States.  

As a Princeton-in-Asia Teaching Fellow, Mr. Jia taught American constitutional history and political theory at China Foreign Affairs University. He was named to China Hands magazine's “25 Under 25 Rising Stars in US-China Relations” list in 2014. He has published several scholarly and popular articles on Chinese law.
