Lauren Schreur represents individuals, investment advisors and broker-dealers in connection with investigations by the US Attorney's Office, Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and other regulatory organizations. She also advises companies regarding compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations.

Ms. Schreur joined the firm as an associate in the firm's Broker-dealer Compliance and Regulation practice group and then worked for several years as an associate at a law firm in Stamford, Connecticut, where she focused on securities litigation and enforcement matters, as well as internal investigations and commercial litigation.

During law school, Ms. Schreur was a finalist and Best Oralist in the Boston College Grimes Moot Court Competition and a member of the National Moot Court team. She also served as the teaching assistant for a section of the first-year Civil Procedure course at Boston College Law School.
