Training TRANSACTIONAL

One of the most valuable investments a company can make is in training managers, supervisory staff and human resources professionals on how to manage efficiently within the confines of applicable labor and employment laws. Clients look to us to provide training as a preventative measure, to help avoid litigation and minimize legal exposure.

Throughout the US and EU, we offer a wide range of customized training programs and workshops at our clients’ premises, as well as seminars and innovative programs adapted to clients’ specific needs.

Virtually all employment litigation can be traced to either a failure to communicate or an ineffective or improper communication. Our training programs include: a legal-psychological perspective on managing employees through effective communication, sexual harassment, union awareness and avoidance, violence in the workplace, interaction between the FMLA, ADA and workers compensation, interviewing skills and hiring, and understanding restrictive covenants (e.g. non-competition agreement).
