Kevin Palmer focuses his practice on a variety of litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. He has represented clients in complex class actions, patent disputes and investigations by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Palmer was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2016, splitting time between the litigation and tax departments.

In law school, he was a judicial intern for US District Court Judge Nathaniel Gorton, served as a member of the Managing Board of the Virginia Law Review, and wrote several moot court problems for the University of Virginia's William Minor Lile competition. Prior to law school, Mr. Palmer was a professional writer based in Washington DC.
