Kelvin Sheung focuses his practice on government and internal investigations and white collar criminal matters. Mr. Sheung represents corporations and individuals in matters concerning securities and accounting fraud, rules of corporate governance, anti–money laundering, anti-corruption, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and internal controls and compliance. He has represented clients before the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Justice, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and other regulatory agencies. His recent matters include serving as a member of a DOJ-appointed independent compliance monitorship team. 

While in law school, Mr. Sheung was a research assistant and American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence recipient. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sheung was a judicial intern for the Honorable James Donato of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Mr. Sheung was a summer associate in the firm's New York office in 2016, where he assisted with securities litigation and white-collar investigation matters.
