Justin Baxenberg

Senior Associate


Justin Baxenberg focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

Mr. Baxenberg joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He previously worked as a summer associate at two major Washington DC law firms.

While pursuing his legal education, Mr. Baxenberg represented indigent clients as a student advocate with the Harvard Law School Criminal Justice Institute and served as a Teaching Fellow in Constitutional Law at Harvard College. Prior to law school, he worked at the US House of Representatives as an analyst for the Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee on Domestic Policy and as a staff assistant in the Office of Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA). He also served as a government affairs fellow for the Campaign for Youth Justice and as an associate in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs.
