Faust, John M.

John Faust advises investment companies, investment advisers, private funds, broker dealers and other financial services clients concerning regulatory issues. Prior to joining WilmerHale in 2005, Mr. Faust was Senior Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management.

Mr. Faust is the contributing author of Mutual Fund Regulation, a treatise on investment company regulation.

Honors & Awards

Mr. Faust was a member of the Proxy Review Task Force that received the SEC Honorary Law and Policy Reward for 2004.
