Jimmy Doan is a senior associate who focuses his practice on intellectual property and other complex commercial litigation matters.

Most recently, Mr. Doan was a law clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Rodney Gilstrap of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Previously, he was an associate at WilmerHale where he focused on patent litigation and False Claims Act matters. His litigation experience includes actions before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US district courts, and the US International Trade Commission.
