Wade, Jessica

Jessica Wade works on a diverse range of transactional and securities matters for both private and public company clients within WilmerHale's Corporate Practice. Her practice includes advising clients on incorporation and governance matters, public disclosure and periodic reporting requirements, and SEC rules, regulations and investigations. In addition, she regularly advises clients in connection with various transactional and capital raising activities, including mergers and acquisitions and venture financings. Ms. Wade also has experience advising clients on their duties under California's Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Wade was an associate at another law firm and was previously a copyright protection intern with 20th Century Fox. While in law school, she was also a founding member of, which was named one of the top three justice innovations of 2012 by The Hague Institute for the Internationalization of Law.

Professional Activities

Ms. Wade is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
