  • Obtained a nationwide permanent injunction against EchoStar, the second largest US satellite company, on behalf of a national coalition of broadcasters, in a case involving the retransmission of out-of-town ABC, CBS, Fox and NBC stations to hundreds of thousands of ineligible subscribers—after a 10-day bench trial, the court found that EchoStar had willfully infringed the broadcasters' copyrights
  • Represented the four largest US television networks in an emergency action against iCraveTV, a Canadian company that was "webcasting," worldwide, the programming of several US television stations—the court granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) and then a preliminary injunction halting this infringing action
