USCIS Fees Change On July 30, 2007

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced a final fee structure to take effect July 30, 2007. The chart below highlights important fee changes for employers. For a complete list of USCIS fee changes, please click here.

* The new application fee for an I-485 is a package fee that includes associated Employment Authorization Documents (EAD) and advance parole applications. Thus, an individual who files an I-485 with the fee listed above still will need to submit applications for an EAD and advance parole, but will not need to pay a separate fee so long as that individual’s adjusted application is pending. An individual who filed an I-485 before the fee change must file a new application with the new fee when applying for or renewing an EAD or advance parole.
