“We are very pleased to welcome Glenn to the firm,” said Susan Murley, co-managing partner at WilmerHale. “His deep experience in working with technology companies at various stages is a great match for us as we continue to grow our West Coast corporate practice and focus on these strengths of the firm.”

In addition, WilmerHale has deep expertise in areas critical to my practice, such as IP, tax, employee benefits, litigation, privacy, regulatory and antitrust. The Palo Alto office’s focus on technology clients, transactional work including public offerings and M&A, venture finance, and emerging growth companies is the perfect combination for my practice.”

He also has significant M&A expertise, representing both public and private companies on buy and sell side transactions. In addition, Luinenburg regularly counsels public company boards of directors, management teams, and investors on the governance and regulation of business entities and securities laws.

WilmerHale’s corporate lawyers are renowned for their work in initial public offerings, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance matters and the representation of startup companies.
