WilmerHale Successfully Represents Congressman in DOJ Inquiry

Attorney News

On Tuesday, June 5, 2007, the Department of Justice (DOJ) closed its nine-month inquiry into allegations regarding a recently retired Member of Congress, with no finding of wrongdoing. As noted in the June 18 issue of the Legal Times—under the heading “Wilmer’s Save”— this “marked the second good outcome this year for members of Congress represented by WilmerHale.”

WilmerHale’s Reginald Brown and Brent Gurney represented the Member of Congress in this matter.
