WilmerHale Secures Antitrust Clearance for Linde In BOC Acquisition

Client News

WilmerHale secured antitrust clearance from the US Federal Trade Commission for the $14.9 billion acquisition of the BOC Group by its client Linde AG.

Linde and BOC are both international suppliers of industrial gases for a variety of applications in industries including chemical, electronic, food and healthcare. WilmerHale continues to represent Linde in coordinating merger filings with various competition authorities throughout the world.

The international team of competition lawyers includes: William Kolasky, Ulrich Quack, Sven Völcker, Leon Greenfield, Antonio Capobianco, Oliver Fleischmann, Alexander Jüngling, Alexander Krulic, Angelika Peck, Hartmut Schneider and Christian Woerz.
