WilmerHale has ranked in the 2015 edition of Working Mother magazine and Flex-Time Lawyers 50 Best Law Firms for Women, marking the eighth consecutive year that the firm has been ranked since the list's inception in 2007. The list recognizes the firms that are the most successful in retaining and promoting women lawyers. Key elements considered include family friendly policies and career and business development initiatives.
This year, the Best Law Firms for Women employ more female equity partners than the national average and women are among their top 10 rainmakers. Women also hold 27 percent of equity partner promotion committee seats—the highest representation in the past five years.

This year’s application included hundreds of questions regarding workforce representation, time off and leave, child care, flexibility, leadership, compensation and advancement, and development and retention of women.
