The Dayton Business Journal has selected Discovery Attorney Administrative Manager Nathan Croumer to its 2014 "40 Under 40," an annual list honoring the Dayton region's brightest business and community leaders under 40 years old.
Croumer is responsible for managing WilmerHale's discovery attorneys and oversees coaching and career development, hiring, personnel matters, budgeting and finance, and marketing for the group. Discovery attorneys, a part of WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions, leverage the firm's in-house cutting edge technology or third party document review technologies to provide the most cost effective and accurate document review possible to clients. Croumer and his team work seamlessly with matter teams to build greater efficiency into current processes.
In addition, outside of the office, Croumer serves as the Chair of the Associate Board of AIDS Resource Ohio and is on the Board of the Federal Bar Association.
As stated in his Dayton Business Journal "40 Under 40" profile published on May 20, Croumer's advice to young up-and-comers is: "Work hard and remember that the devil is in the details. I think it's important not to get complacent —to keep challenging yourself and remember that, when a task is completed, you've put your integrity behind it, testifying that the work product is top drawer."
Croumer and all other honorees were celebrated during a special dinner and awards program on May 22 at the Schuster Center in downtown Dayton, Ohio.
