WilmerHale is pleased to welcome Tara D. Elliott as a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Washington DC. Ms. Elliott brings deep technical knowledge and more than a decade of experience litigating high-stakes intellectual property disputes.

Ms. Elliott was most recently a principal at a major US law firm. Ms. Elliott clerked for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet, Chief Judge of the US District Court for the District of Delaware in 2006, and then, in 2007, for the Honorable Raymond C. Clevenger of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to her legal career, Ms. Elliott was an analyst and computer engineer at the Central Intelligence Agency.
