In this episode of the Wolters Kluwer International Law Talk podcast, WilmerHale Special Counsel Professor Maxi Scherer discusses recently published empirical research into international commercial arbitration, which is presented in a Journal of International Arbitration (JOIA) Special Issue, with Monique Sasson, one of the Special Issue’s editors.

Professor Scherer is the General Editor of JOIA. She is based in WilmerHale’s London office and has extensive experience with arbitral practice in both civil and common law systems.
