The National Security Institute (NSI) at George Mason University recently promoted Matthew F. Ferraro to Senior Fellow. The promotion serves as recognition of Ferraro’s contributions to the institute’s mission since joining the organization as a Visiting Fellow in 2018.
NSI is a non-profit organization that aims to find practical solutions to pressing questions related to national security law and policy. The institute is comprised of expert advisors, faculty and fellows who draw upon their decades of experience in public service and the private sector to assess and address the challenges facing the nation’s intelligence, law enforcement, border security and cybersecurity communities. It aims to inform and encourage public discourse regarding these legal and practical challenges by providing a platform for research, teaching and policy development.
