The results of this year's 18th annual list are based on an online survey of 250 participating directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. Conducted from February to April 2018, the survey asked participants to select the law firms they would most like to represent them in a wide range of corporate legal matters.

Produced quarterly, Corporate Board Member is a source of information for senior officers and directors of publicly traded corporations, large private companies and Global 1000 firms.
