WilmerHale Represents Asimov in $4.7 Million Financing

WilmerHale represented Asimov in its recently announced $4.7 million round of funding. The company provides an industry-grade computer-aided design and genetic engineering framework for programming living cells. Andreessen Horowitz was the lead backer of this financing, along with venture firm Pillar, Data Collective and AME Cloud Ventures.
