Firm News

Partner Jonathan Cedarbaum was appointed a public member of the Administrative Conference of the United States, an independent agency that provides authoritative, nonpartisan legal advice and recommendations regarding administrative law and federal regulatory procedures.

The Administrative Conference aims to improve the fairness and efficiency of the federal government in several areas, including dispute resolution and rulemaking. It draws on the advice of experts from government as well as the private sector and academia. The conference operates by consensus and grounds its recommendations on applied research.

Partner David Ogden also served as a public member of the conference from 2010 to 2016.
