Mr. Rose advises public and private clients on M&A, IPOs, venture capital and private equity investments, as well as public filings under federal securities laws and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, NYSE and NASDAQ requirements and other corporate governance matters. Mr. Hwang advises technology and life sciences companies, investment banks, and venture capital and private equity firms on a wide range of strategic transactions, including joint ventures and complex, cross-border M&A transactions.
