For the second consecutive year, WilmerHale's Dayton office has been named among the Dayton Area's Best Places to Work by the Dayton Business Journal. The firm's Business Services Center houses more than 250 employees, which include administrative support and discovery attorneys, who are critical to the firm's business needs. Since its opening in 2010, the Dayton office continuously provides improved efficiencies and has significantly reduced and streamlined operational expenses for the firm.
The Best Places to Work designation is based solely on an employee survey measuring feedback on local and overall leadership, compensation and training, workplace flexibility and diversity. This is the second consecutive year the office has been named to the Dayton Business Journal's list, but the fourth consecutive year it has placed on a local top workplace list.
"Being honored year-after-year demonstrates the success we've achieved in recognizing and advancing key factors of employee engagement and satisfaction. And, this isn't Dayton-specific," said Kay Phillips, Human Resources Manager located at the firm's Business Services Center, "the culture and expectations here stem directly from the partners and co-managing partners and extend across our offices worldwide."
All honorees gathered for a celebratory dinner on April 23 at the Schuster Center in downtown Dayton, Ohio.
