The 2009 ICN Cartel Workshop hosted by the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) took place in Cairo, Egypt October 27-29, 2009. Over the course of three days, workshop participantsreflected on the last decade of anti-cartel enforcement and addressed current challenges and emerging issues in cartel enforcement.
