The keynote speaker is Professor Pierre Mayer, Dechert LLP (Paris). Prof. Pierre Mayer will address the topic of conflicting decisions in international commercial arbitration, and, more precisely, potential conflicts between two State judgments concerning one award, conflicts between a judgment and an award, and conflicts between two awards.
