The Gandaius Center for Continuing Education at the University of Ghent presented this seminar which provided an in-depth examination of The Treaty of Lisbon. Attendees had the opportunity to hear discussions on the main implications of the Lisbon Treaty on the court system, the impact of the treaty in the modernization process of the internal market and competition, as well as new rules for international trade, including those related to services and investment.
