Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is the premier gathering of African Americans, cultivating engaging policy discussions on issues that impact black communities around the world. The four-day conference features more than 70 policy sessions, a national town hall, a job and contract procurement fair, the annual Prayer Breakfast, the Phoenix Awards Dinner—and much more.
