ACC NCR’s annual In-House Primer consists of a full-day, in-person conference that will address the key issues a new general counsel or small law department lawyer will face in their role.

Boards of directors continue to face significant demands on their time and expertise, as challenges are continuously evolving and unpredictable.  Effectively prioritizing and overseeing a company’s risks are hallmarks of a well-functioning board.

This panel will explore selected areas of focus for boards, including with respect to risk oversight structure, geopolitical and economic risks, SEC regulatory developments, and M&A opportunities and integration risks challenges.  As part of the discussion, this panel will also address strategies for effectively structuring and managing the board agenda and meeting materials.
