The Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association; the University of Chicago; the University of California, Berkeley; and the Federal Judicial Center organized an annual training program for federal judges on antitrust law and economics. WilmerHale Partner Hartmut Schneider was a panelist on “Session 8: Antitrust and Intellectual Property” during this year's conference. His presentation focused on the interface of antitrust and IP law generally, and on antitrust aspects of patent licensing agreements.
