NYU School of Law: Cybersecurity Leaders Roundtable

NYU School of Law: Cybersecurity Leaders Roundtable

Speaking Engagement

The goal for the Cybersecurity Roundtable on May 3, 2016, is to identify and address the challenges and opportunities that the emerging Intelligence Age creates, and explore how law, policy and governance should evolve along with the Internet of Things (IoT). Attendees will discuss how best to develop and apply strategic solutions from a technical, legal and governance perspective and also examine how best to: (1) create and define technological baselines and solutions for securing the Internet of Things; (2) build increased awareness and effective protocols for both pre and post-market vulnerability assessments and updates to increase security at scale in ways that do not subject companies to undue litigation risk; and (3) develop governance and self-regulatory frameworks that enable security without stifling or delaying innovation.

WilmerHale Partner Jeannie Rhee will participate in this roundtable event.
