WilmerHale Partner Naboth van den Broek participated in a high-level Roundtable on the regulatory and investment-related aspects of the Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership. The event was co-organized by the T.M.C. Asser Institute, Centre for International & European Law; the Amsterdam Center for International Law; and the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the participation of the European Commission, DG TRADE. The event focused on regulatory cooperation and protection standards, as well as the controversies and ongoing discussions and proposals regarding Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS).
