This event features an informative discussion with a distinguished collection of leading thinkers from academia, industry and government on the latest developments in intellectual property law.

The half-day program explores post-grant review proceedings during the first 30 months of the America Invents Act, whether these proceedings are serving their intended purpose and which strategies are proving most effective for petitioners and patent owners. The program includes a discussion of key developments in international patent law and strategies for successfully managing global patent litigation, as well as key recent and upcoming decisions in the Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Court.
