Ryan, Hayley

Hayley Ryan is an associate who represents a broad range of clients in complex corporate matters. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including technology, life sciences and financial services.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ryan was a summer associate at law firms in Boston, MA and Cleveland, OH. As a summer associate she worked with emerging companies on a variety of matters, including assisting with incorporations, drafting terms of use for websites and revising employee social media policies. She also researched various regulatory compliance issues posed by a client's planned expansion into the consumer lending industry and assisted with ongoing multi-district litigation by drafting motions in limine and motions to transfer.

As an undergraduate, Ms. Ryan interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where she helped Assistant District Attorneys prepare for trial.
