
Vivek A. Banerjee
Associate
Vivek Banerjee focuses on complex litigation. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2020.
While in law school, Mr. Banerjee served as a law clerk with the Affirmative Litigation Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Randolph Moss of the US District Court for the District of Columbia. He also worked as a clinic counselor at the Workers’ Rights Clinic in Berkeley, California, where he assisted low-income clients with employment-related issues and conducted legal research.
