Stephanie Simon

Stephanie Simon focuses her practice on complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. She has represented a diverse group of clients in high-stakes matters involving antitrust, bankruptcy, employment, trade secret, securities, administrative law, contract and tort claims, among others.  

Ms. Simon also maintains an active pro bono practice, including in the areas of family law, immigration law, prisoners’ rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights and voting rights. She recently presented oral argument in the Appellate Division, Second Department in an appeal from a termination of parental rights on behalf of a victim of human trafficking.  

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Simon served as a law clerk for the Hon. Amalya L. Kearse on the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Hon. Paul A. Engelmayer on the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Simon graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was Supreme Court Chair of the Harvard Law Review and a member of the winning team in the Ames Moot Court Competition.
