Sierra Shear

Sierra Shear’s practice focuses on securities litigation and enforcement matters and general commercial litigation. She represents public companies, financial institutions, and their officers and directors in complex individual, class action and derivative cases in federal and state court. Ms. Shear has represented individuals in white collar matters, including at trial defending complex fraud and money laundering claims.

Ms. Shear also represents clients in connection with investigations by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, state attorneys general and other regulatory organizations.

Ms. Shear maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for clients in immigration matters.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Shear served as an intern in the Philadelphia Regional Office of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and for the Honorable Christopher J. Burke of the US District Court for the District of Delaware.
