Seth Bastianelli

Seth Bastianelli has a general litigation practice with a focus on government investigations and complex commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in representing major corporate clients in civil and criminal investigations brought by various government agencies, including the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Bastianelli has also represented clients in a wide range of commercial and business litigation, involving contract, False Claims Act, privacy and civil rights issues.

Mr. Bastianelli shares the firm's commitment to pro bono work. He has represented clients on a pro bono basis in both federal and state court, including a successful 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action involving substantial violations of an inmate's constitutional rights, and civil actions alleging violations of state wiretapping statutes.
