Samuel Allen focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including securities, employment, and white collar defense and investigations. He also has experience representing companies in federal and state False Claims Act actions. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Allen clerked for The Honorable Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and worked for several years as a litigation associate at a law firm in California.
