Samir Sheth

Samir Sheth advises clients on complex national security, defense, regulatory compliance and government contract matters related to the US Department of Justice, General Services Administration, Department of Defense and congressional investigations. In his pro bono practice, he has assisted with litigation related to racial justice and supported clients working to achieve police and judicial reform. Mr. Sheth began his career at the firm as a summer associate in 2018, and he recently re-joined the firm after serving as the Miami-Dade regional voter protection director for the Biden for President campaign. 

During law school, Mr. Sheth interned for the Senate Judiciary Committee in the Office of Senator Dianne Feinstein, with the US Department of State in the Office of the Legal Adviser, and at the Campaign Legal Center. Prior to law school, he worked on political campaigns across the country.
