Ryan Yang

Ryan Yang is a senior associate who focuses his practice on complex intellectual property matters.

Mr. Yang was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2013. In that role, he drafted claim charts for the purpose of patent invalidity contention, conducted patent portfolio analysis and IP due diligence, and conducted patent prosecution history laches analysis against a plaintiff in a patent infringement suit.

Previously, Mr. Yang was a legal intern at Google, where his experience included patent portfolio analysis and patent prosecution.

Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Yang was a senior mixed signal design engineer at Marvell Semiconductor. He designed and verified reliable integrated circuits used in various wireless consumer products. His technical background also includes work as an engineering intern at Qualcomm, Inc. and Microsoft.
