Polina Permyakova

Polina Permyakova is a counsel in the Litigation/Controversy Department and is a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Ms. Permyakova focuses her practice on international arbitration matters across a range of industries, including energy and natural resources, manufacturing, aviation, and others. She has acted as counsel, legal expert and arbitrator in institutional as well as ad hoc arbitrations, including proceedings under the SCC, UNCITRAL and ICC Rules. Ms. Permyakova has deep knowledge of Russia and CIS-related disputes. In addition to arbitration work, Ms. Permyakova represents clients before Swedish courts.

Professional Activities

Ms. Permyakova is a member of the Swedish Bar Association, ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, ICC Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration, ICC Sweden Arbitration Committee, and Swedish Arbitration Association.
